Artists Create a Vault
An artist publishes a release — single, EP, or album — and attaches the assets they want to sell: masters, lossless files, stems, lyric sheets, videos, behind-the-scenes notes. Not streaming. Premium access packaging.
Rights and Splits Are Explicit
Before publishing, the artist completes a Rights & Splits workflow: marketplace payout splits, songwriting/publishing metadata, ownership declarations. The money flow is explainable before the first sale.
Human Authenticity Is a First-Class Label
Artists declare AI involvement. The platform labels content by trust tier. An optional “AI tax” redirects a percentage to a Human Creators Fund — making authenticity economically defensible.
Fans Buy Vault Keys, Not Streams
Vault Keys are tiered access passes — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — that unlock music and premium content. This shifts economics from “fractions of a cent per stream” to “premium direct-to-fan support.”
